Development
The process of the solution is critical. It ensures that components are securely and effectively connected, maintaining the structural integrity, safety, durability, and overall performance of the product. Our mechanical joining process contributes to cost efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and the aesthetic and functional quality of the final product.
Analysis & Concept development
The analysis and development phase of the process is done in close cooperation with our clients and includes studies of present conditions, on site visits, and workshops to set the framework. This resulting in KPI´s, budget and timeline.
That forms the groundwork for the conceptual solution suggestion concisting of fastening, assembly, automation and product supply.
Prototype & implementation
When the analyses and concept development phase is done and decided, the process goes practical. First in a prototype part where the solution is tested in lab environment and then in the actual production line. This to be able to fine tune, overwatch and validate the solution, still in a safe environment. Thereafter its time for the implementation and getting the system installed. At the same time other components of the process are started as product supply, personel training and service and operational setup.
Evolution
The process is circular and really never ending. After a set period of time we always evaluate the results of the set KPI´s, making assesments for improvements. Again and again finetuning the solution for optimal performance.
